GetQRMenu allows users to create business-specific QR codes and dynamic digital menus for their business. The service includes menu categories, products, prices, photos, and scan analytics.

• check_circle The platform must be used to present accurate and lawful menu content for a legitimate business.
• check_circle Offensive content, hate speech, copyright infringement, unlawful material, or misleading pricing is strictly prohibited on digital menus.
• check_circle Users are responsible for keeping their menu content accurate and up to date.

• check_circle Users must create an account with accurate information to manage their digital menu.
• check_circle You can use the 7-day free trial with up to 25 menu items without providing credit card details.
• check_circle Paid plans unlock higher menu item limits and additional features.

Users are solely responsible for all uploaded media, menu content, pricing information, and business details. GetQRMenu is not obligated to review all user content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

• check_circle Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
• check_circle You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• check_circle Downgrading to a plan with a lower menu item limit is not permitted if your current menu exceeds that plan's limit.

Account owners can track how many times their QR codes are viewed or scanned through dashboard analytics.

The GetQRMenu software, design, brand, and platform are the property of GetQRMenu. Users retain ownership of the content they upload, while granting GetQRMenu the necessary license to display that content on the platform.

GetQRMenu reserves the right to update these terms and service details in response to legal requirements, platform improvements, or market conditions.

In cases of serious violation of these terms, GetQRMenu reserves the right to suspend or remove the related account or digital menu without prior notice.
